They are made from a Waygu and Short Rib blend we buy from Halperns Steaks and Seafood in Corydon, KY.

OPEN TUESDAY - LIMITED MENU!

Come see us at 5am on Tuesday. We should still have all the breakfast items you love, such as Pecan Smoked Bacon, Fresh Ground Sausage, Fresh Pit Ham, Smoked Sausage, Buttermilk Biscuits, and our fresh made Sausage Gravy.

Scratch Kitchen will be open and serving our breakfast favorites plus select lunch items while we rebuild our kitchen team. We have 3 new, bright-eyed, energetic new Team Members joining the Scratch Kitchen Team this week and it will take a bit of time and effort to get them trained.

We have some work ahead of us, but anything good takes effort.

Please bear with us! We are closed today for a hard RESET after our soft opening.

Our goal is simple... to serve the best breakfast in Evansville at a fair price. We are using only super premium ingredients and making almost everything from scratch daily.

We are sorry but we will be closed the rest of today and tomorrow. We need a hard reset.

Our soft opening was a partial success. I hope you've enjoyed the food and tolerated the long wait times so far. We are so very sorry.

I have a lot of work to do in the kitchen. We are hiring new staff, stocking up, training new people, etc to be ready for Tuesday and MUCH faster service next week.

We want to thank everyone who has tried us out and everyone who has been sharing us on Facebook.

We are closed today! Sorry! New Restauant problems! We have had an electrical issue in the kitchen that we are getting fixed today.

We will be open bright and early tomorrow with everything fixed and ready to serve you!
