After four and a half incredible years of serving, laughing, and sharing wonderful meals with you here in Evansville, the time has come for us to leave Nachos Grill. This decision comes with a mix of emotions, but above all, an overwhelming sense of profound gratitude.
From the very first day, you welcomed us into your lives and made us a part of this beautiful community. Whether you stopped by for a quick lunch, celebrated milestones with your families, or made us your regular weekend spot, your smiles and support have been the heartbeat of our restaurant. Every taco served, every conversation shared, and every regular face we came to know has left a mark on our hearts.
Moving forward, our family will be focusing on our restaurant located in Henderson, Kentucky: El Sabor de La Abuela. We are channeling the same love for authentic Mexican cuisine into that location, and we would be absolutely honored to welcome you there. It would bring us immense joy to see our Evansville family cross the river to come visit us and continue our
shared journey of great food and community.
Our last day at Nachos Grill is Sunday, May 31, 2026. After this date Nachos Grill is no longer associated to El Sabor de La Abuela

Tras cuatro años y medio increíbles de servirles, reír y compartir comidas maravillosas con ustedes aquí en Evansville, ha llegado el momento de despedirnos de Nachos Grill. Esta decisión viene acompañada de una mezcla de emociones, pero, por encima de todo, de un abrumador sentimiento de profunda gratitud.
Desde el primer día, nos abrieron las puertas de sus vidas y nos hicieron parte de esta hermosa comunidad. Ya fuera que pasaran a almorzar algo rápido, celebraran momentos importantes con sus familias o nos convirtieran en su lugar habitual de fin de semana, sus sonrisas y su apoyo han sido el corazón de nuestro restaurante. Cada taco servido, cada conversación compartida y cada rostro familiar que llegamos a conocer ha dejado una huella en nuestros corazones.
De ahora en adelante, nuestra familia se centrará en nuestro restaurante ubicado en Henderson, Kentucky: El Sabor de La Abuela. Sería un absoluto honor recibirlos allí. Nos llenaría de inmensa alegría ver a nuestra familia de Evansville cruzar el río para visitarnos y continuar juntos este camino de buena comida y comunidad.
Nuestro último día en Nachos Grill será el domingo 31 de mayo de 2026. A partir de esta fecha, Nachos Grill ya no está asociado a El Sabor de La Abuela.
