You will notice that direct deposit hasn't gone through today. Unfortunately this isn't any fault on us or the accountant, the FDIC shut down Patriot banking today. There is a chance that direct deposit will come through on Monday but if not, paper checks will be issued by the accountant. If you need money today, I can issue you a check but if direct deposit comes through on Monday your next check will be taken to repay back the double payment.
Please text me if you need a check today or can wait until Monday to see if this resolves.

January Schedule, please let me know if any dates don't work for you. You will see 2 new names on schedule, Haley is a previous Romanos Employee who is working over her college Christmas break and Leann is working Friday nights serving. Please remember no ripped jeans while serving. There is a note on the cooler in the dining room with recommendations to help you while serving. There has been ALOT of complaints about certain servers and I will be writing people up for them starting on Jan 1st- tomorrow. 3 write ups and you will be let go. Let's get this serving situation together and all make money!

Also, Christmas party date is being moved to Feb 19th. The funeral scheduled on the 8th has gotten very large and I am pretty sure the party wouldn't be able to start at least until 7,8pm.

I have been getting a lot of complaints from people who have been visiting us to dine in or calling in orders. I will not be tolerating bullying your coworkers, cell phone use, ignoring tables, leaving the phone off the hook, not charging for alcohol, not stocking or cleaning, having an attitude when asked to do something and lastly trying to get out of work early every shift you work.
Reminder- you are at work to work. My cameras are fantastic and they do have sound, I have seen and heard some things I am not happy about. I highly suggest some of you make some changes, January schedule will be a reflection of this.
