Hello Friends!
We have been receiving lots of messages. We are hoping to answer some of your questions. We have received the same inquiries. Our recipes will remain our recipes, since we will continue to make our food available with our food truck. Brass Ring has their own pizza and recipes that they will be serving at their new Princeton location.

We are announcing the end of an era. 111 E Broadway St will have new owners and concept starting in 2026. We want to thank you for the amazing ride at this location!! Our other businesses have grown substantially and require our full attention. However, we have made the decision to put our pizza on wheels. You heard us!!! This
circus is hitting the road. Stay tuned for details about our upcoming Roscoe & Sons' food trailer.

We feel we have found a great stationary replacement for your pizza needs. Our address will now be the new home of Brass Ring North. Your new owners will be launching their new location February 1, 2026.

We appreciate all of the love and support that you have shown us over the years. God Bless!!!

We recently received a complaint about our crew. When we went back on the cameras, we saw the customer was waited on and the other employees immediately gloved up and started making the customer’s food. One staff member asked the other employee for an ingredient and they immediately went to get it. We heard their entire conversations.
They were smiling and laughing with one another. They even thanked the customer with a respectful ma’am/sir. So this is what we concluded, there was too much smiling and joy.
If you are a member of the fun police, please show your badge upon entering so we can act accordingly. We received your citation. Chances are we are going to be repeat offenders.

If this was you, we invite you to come back in. We understand if you were having a bad day. We all have them. Maybe we can make yours better if given a chance.

Well, Gibson County you did it again. We are always amazed at your support. Last night, we were slammed and unusually shorthanded. Instead of us receiving ugly messages about your experience, we received praise for our staff. We understand that your wait was longer than usual. We appreciate your patience. Thank you for all of your kindness!!!
For those of you who may have been disappointed in your experience and we just haven’t heard from you, we apologize and hope you try us again.
