Hey there,
As many of you know, my dad passed away back in June, right before Father’s Day. It has been incredibly tough, and pushing through milestones like the 4th of July weekend wasn't easy. I think the community intentionally helped keep me busy—and maybe a little too busy! 🤭
In all seriousness, I want to deeply thank everyone who has stopped by the restaurant just to check in on me, ask what I needed, or offer a hug. The messages and the continuous support I have received mean the world to me and have provided the ultimate comfort during this time.
My dad’s celebration of life will be held this Saturday, August 22nd. Because of this, the restaurant will be closed for the entire day so we can honor him in his hometown.
Our Normal business hours will resume on Sunday, August 23rd.
