A few updates happening at our Newburgh location… or should we say, Water Street location…👀

We’ve got a brand new deck going in, and we’re also working on plans for some more outdoor seating with a pergola!

But there might be a little more going on than just some updates to the space…👀 Watch the video until the end for a hint!

PB S’MORES COOKIE AVAILABLE AT ALL SHOPS TOMORROW!⛺🍪🤎

Sammi from our prep team has been testing out some fall inspired cookie flavors, and this one quickly became a favorite.

It’s a peanut butter cookie packed with Reese’s Pieces, mini marshmallows, topped with flaky sea salt and a mini Reese’s Cup. Basically, our PB S’mores Latte in cookie form.

Our prep team puts so much love into the housemade recipes you see in our shops, and we think this one is a pretty good example of that.

Apple is the flavor of the season over here!🍎

For this lunar cycle, we brought you two apple treats to enjoy. First up is our Apple Crisp Waffle, new this year and inspired by the kind of apple crisp grandma used to make. A classic Light Moon bubble waffle topped with apple pie filling, housemade granola, spice, whipped cream, and a caramel drizzle.

We also brought back our Caramel Apple Whip for the month! It’s been a fall favorite in years past, made with fresh apple c***r and cinnamon bun syrup, then topped with whipped cream, caramel drizzle, and a sprinkle of cinnamon. Get it hot or iced.

Both are here for the rest of the lunar cycle, so stop by and grab them while you can!🍂🍎

We heard you all and our Apple Pie Latte made its return to our fall menu again this year! Apple butter syrup, brown sugar, cinnamon, espresso, and your choice of milk. The perfectly sweet fall drink that works hot or iced (we recommend adding our teddy graham or sweet cinnamon foam if iced)!

FINCA T FALL BLEND IS HERE!🍂☕

Through our roasting company Evansville Coffee Company we’ve built a partnership with SPECIALTY COFFEE FARMERS in Copán, Honduras. We’ve sourced coffee from their farm and neighboring producers since 2023, and we even had the chance to visit the farm ourselves earlier this year.

Finca T has a school right on the coffee farm for the children of the farmers who work there, and they’re currently raising funds to add 8th grade. We wanted to help support that effort.

Our Finca T Fall Blend is a mix of two coffees from the farm, with cocoa-y notes, a little strawberry sweetness, and a hint of almond.

Every bag purchased gives $5 back to Finca T, and every cup sold contributes to the fundraiser, too. You can grab a bag to take home or enjoy it as a drip option at all Honey Moon locations!

If you’re Graeter's Ice Cream fan, this is one of their most popular seasonal flavors. It’s a graham cracker base ice cream with mini marshmallows + chocolate chunks.

We’re only a few more weeks away from hopefully saying goodbye to 90°+ days, so get your ice cream in while it’s still hot out. Our Newburgh shop is the only place you can grab ice cream from us, so stop by and pair it with our PB S’mores Latte from our fall drink menu!

The “ber” months are here, and we are going all in on pumpkin and all things fall.🎃🍂

This month’s Lunar Cycle Waffle is one of our most popular, year after year! We make a housemade pumpkin batter, top it with our cream cheese glaze, whipped cream, and pumpkin pie spice. It smells and tastes delicious!

The Lunar Cycle Drink this month is The Great(est) Pumpkin Latte. It’s a latte with our handcrafted espresso, pumpkin sauce, topped with whipped cream and pumpkin pie spice. This has been a perennial favorite for over a decade now.

A little glimpse into our 10 year celebration!📸🎂☕️

We wanted to shout out everyone who came out for our 10 year anniversary party last month. We were blown away by the turnout. Tacos, flowers, crochets, tattoos, free lattes, and an epic barista throwdown. We hope to see you many more times in the next ten years!
