A little update from the Samuel’s Team:

For the month of June, Samuel’s will be closed on Wednesdays.

Recovering from the fire has meant navigating a lot of moving pieces behind the scenes—temporary equipment, creative logistics, and more daily problem-solving than we’d ever choose. While our operations may not feel normal, we’re working incredibly hard to make sure your experience still does.

That extra day each week gives our team the time to restock, regroup, prep, and tackle the behind-the-scenes work that allows us to keep serving the food and hospitality our community has come to expect.

We’re making this decision because we believe consistency matters, quality matters, and every guest deserves the same experience whether it’s their first visit or their fiftieth.

We’ll maintain our regular business hours the rest of the week and look forward to welcoming you Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday from 11-9.

Thank you for the grace, encouragement, and support you’ve shown us over the last week. We’re incredibly lucky to be part of this community, and we’re committed to protecting what makes Samuel’s feel like Samuel’s—one thoughtful decision at a time.

Sometimes the best things come from the hardest weeks.

We’ve always believed that good food has a way of bringing people together, and lately we’ve been reminded that good people do too.

So we’re choosing to see challenges as opportunities to shine, finding the silver linings, and focusing on what we love most: smashing burgers, shaking cocktails, sharing fries, and filling tables with friends.

Thanks for showing up for us, cheering us on, and reminding us why this little neighborhood spot means so much.

Here’s to crispy fries (and fun surprises), cold drinks, and brighter days ahead.

We might be getting started late, but this months feature is well worth the wait! The Saigon Smash is a play on a Bahn Mi and brings all of your favorite flavors to the table. Word on the street is that this might be one of our best yet 😘Come visit and try something new!

Our dining room and patio are OPEN and ready to see you! We are hearing that the community thinks we are closed from our fire damage— we are here and waiting for you! We might have limited stock on a few menu items as we get used to operating with extremely limited storage space, but we are making the most of what we’ve got and would love to see you! Spread the word and come !

Hey Samuel’s Family— our dining room is fully open and would love to host you! We are still out of some food items, but we are whipping up lots of small batch specials to keep things fun while we regroup. Keep tuned to socials for daily specials— we hope to back back to fully normal by this weekend. The team would LOVE to see you!

For those of you asking how to best support our team through this trying time, we have created a Go Fund Me to support our hourly staff. 100% of all donations will be distributed directly to staff to supplement lost wages and tips. Sad news: we had a fire this morning and lot the entirety of our walk-in coolers and storage areas. We have some product that was safe inside that we would love to share with you. Our dining room has some smoke damage, so our plan for now is to open for limited to-go service to help the team stay afloat. We will be setting up a Go Fund Me for the team, I know they would love your support as we navigate the days ahead.
