Stacked & Folded Evanston Stacked and Folded was named after our artisanal Sandwiches (Stacked) and fusion Tacos (Folded). It’s family-friendly comfort food with a twist!

We wanted to keep the name simple, but we left a big spot on the menu for our delicious seasonal Salads (Forked). We are a fresh, local Evanston restaurant that focuses on delivering a fast, healthy dining experience in a casual atmosphere. Our meats are locally sourced from Hofherr Meat Company, braised and cooked in-house. We use non-GMO oils and prepare our food fresh daily. Many gluten free options are available.
