Happy Fall Ya’ll!

CQ has had several homeowners call to inquire about contracts they have received from other agencies that are requiring them (homeowners) to remit the new GA taxes (House Bill 317) that were instated in July of 2021. CQ does not require homeowners to remit any taxes, these taxes are paid by our tenants/clients and remitted by CQ on a monthly basis. We encourage all homeowners that this applies to to do thorough research before signing and accepting a contract.
CQ has provided resources below to help guide you through this tedious process.
