At Roma, a casual Italian eatery and pizzeria, we’re all about fresh, flavorful meals and fun times. With now three locations in the area, we’re proud to have shared our passion for Italian cuisine with so many folks the past 30 years. We’re well known for our carolis (our version of a calzone), our unique pizza toppings like cashews and cream cheese, and our selection of wine and beer, but most o

f all, we’re proud to provide such a warm, spirited space for folks from all walks of life to come together and enjoy a hearty meal. We can’t tell you how much it means to us that you’re all a part of our Roma family.

After much consideration, we have made the difficult decision to close Roma Evans, with our last day of operation being December 28th. This was not an easy choice, and we are incredibly grateful to the Evans community for the support, loyalty, and memories you’ve shared with us over the years.

While this chapter is coming to a close, we are happy to share that our Roma Windsor and Roma West Greeley locations will continue operating as normal. We would love to welcome you at either location and continue serving you there.

If you have a favorite dish or have been meaning to stop in one more time, we encourage you to join us at the Evans location before December 28th as we wrap up our final days.

Thank you again for being part of the Roma story. Your support has meant more to us than we can express, and we look forward to continuing to serve you at our Windsor and West Greeley locations.
