📍 Located at 901 Broad Street, Laziza is a family owned Lebanese restaurant that started in Evans back in 2011 and did so well they opened a second location in downtown Augusta!

Everything is made from real family recipes, the shawarma, the kebabs, the falafel, and a hummus which is come of the best in Augusta in my opinion 🔥 They’ve also got Arayes (grilled pita stuffed with seasoned beef and lamb), a full craft cocktail menu with Mediterranean flavors, vegan, and vegetarian options for everyone at the table. 🍸

After years of military service, Lisa and Nader opened Laziza Mediterranean Grill in Evans September 13 of 2011 🎂 Now the home of our friends at Namaste Indian Street Food, we kicked off with some of the same menu items we have now, and added a food truck in 2013. By 2018 we had outgrown the original spot, and the corner location we still occupy opened in January of 2019.

We added the downtown location in fall of 2020, our dedicated catering kitchen in 2023 and welcomed our food truck's return in 2025. And then, in December of 2025, we opened our third location in Aiken 🎊

Time to celebrate! Tomorrow, the 13th, is Laziza's fifteenth birthday 🥰🥰

Fifteen years of serving up delicious Mediterranean foods, growing into three wonderful locations, PLUS adding an entire catering facility AND a food truck?? It's been an incredible growth and experience.

Please consider stepping through our doors today and raising a glass to a dedicated local family who have worked hard to feed their friends and community. Cheers to owners, Lisa and Nader, and to all the team members who have made this engine run so well. And a huge THANK YOU to each person who has supported Laziza, eaten their falafel and shawarma, ordered their catering, or stood in line for the food truck. Each one of you got us to this point, and that is incredible.
