My canvas just happens to be a table, and my medium is cheese, charcuterie, color, texture, and a whole lot of creativity.

Every board and grazing table gives me a chance to create something completely different and that’s one of my favorite parts of what I do.

It’s food, yes… but to me, it’s also art. ✨
