Today marks five years since I lost my oldest daughter, Chasity, to sepsis at just 34 years old.

As a mother, there is no greater heartbreak than losing a child. Five years have passed, yet the love, the memories, and the emptiness in my heart remain.

Behind the smile, the cooking, and the long days at Chef Cassy's Kitchen is a mother who carries the memory of her daughter with her every single day.

Today, I honor my beautiful Chasity. She may no longer be here physically, but she will forever be a part of my heart and my story.

Five years gone, forever loved, and never forgotten. ❤️🕊️
