Congratulations to Cassidy Sutsch (from our Fortuna location) on being our June 2026 Employee of the Month! Her manager said “Cassidy is extremely dependable and consistently goes above and beyond for our customers. She is a solid part of our team and truly my right hand women! We are so lucky to have her, and her hard work does not go unnoticed!” Add to all of that, Cassidy worked for us several years ago while attending school, and she returned three years ago for a part time, “fun” job that works well as a Momma to her two young boys- so cumulatively, she has probably worked close to 7 or 8 years at the JB. WOW! Thank you Cassidy! We appreciate and adore you.

Today we’re saying farewell to Jess, who has been an incredible manager, leader, and friend at our 5th St. location.

For her final shift, she was joined behind the counter by her mom, Darcie, principal of Cutten Elementary, for a special full circle moment. The Rutter family has been part of the Jitter Bean story for years, and their impact on our business and our lives has been immeasurable.

As Jess begins a new chapter in Idaho and Darcie’s family prepares for Hawaii, we simply want to say thank you. We love you both and will miss you dearly. ❤️☕️
