The Boardroom is the "tasting room" for local fine meats producer Ryan Creek Root Cellar. We provide slow-smoked meals, soups, cheese and meat boards featuring our own line of traditionally cured meats, pickled vegetables, and cheeses smoked in-house. Boards typically include salami, coppa, summer sausage, canadian-style bacon, cheese, homemade jardiniere, imported olives, honey, fig spread, fresh

fruit, nuts, and locally baked breads. We also serve craft beer, old times soda, and have a rotating wine menu of local and imported wine.
