Today is the day! After an incredible soft opening, we’re officially open 7 days a week, and we couldn’t be more excited to welcome everyone through our doors.

In November 2024, husband and wife Gil & Katlyn purchased Surfside with one dream—to build something they could proudly call their own.

After years of working in the restaurant industry, owning a local burger shop wasn’t just a business opportunity—it was a dream come true.

Sadly, less than six months later, that dream was nearly taken away when Surfside Burger Shack was devastated by a fire.

For the last 16 months, we’ve poured our hearts into rebuilding from the ground up. There were plenty of challenges and moments of uncertainty, but giving up was never an option.

Today, we’re proud to reopen as Surfside Burgers & More—a fresh name that represents a fresh beginning while staying true to the burgers and comfort food you’ve always loved.
