Good News! Uncle Bob’s is growing! Thank YOU!!
We are currently having larger production equipment installed at our Eureka storefront (Yay!). This will allow us to produce MORE yummy ice cream each day to keep up with the busy summer season! Once the new equipment is up and running, we plan to announce opening day!

Opening day will be at some point in May this season instead of our usual April opening.

We can’t wait to see you all again real soon! We’ll keep you updated with an opening day!
