We’ve had a few conversations this week about the last few years. The sacrifices, wins, losses, the time spent away from family while we’ve built WP, the headaches of owning and running a small business, AND all of the joy. There is so much joy. Meeting you all, talking to you all, hearing your stories - it really has been a gift.
Bob brought up this picture the other day and it reminded me how good of a picture it was. Mid build-out, dust everywhere and holding tight to the vision that was in our heads.😅 The lighting is great. The composition is cool. But really you can almost feel the weight on Mike and Bob’s shoulders. Not even a negative one - sort of just: wow, we are doing this.
And now, here we are inching closer towards year three on November 1 of this year, and we want to say thanks for showing up. Thanks for your support and friendship. We love small towns - and this one continues to be the best choice for Wendy Puff. We love our spot on Main Street.
From day one, we’ve said we are as much in the people business as we are the pizza business. Still true. At the heart of Wendy Puff, there is a goal of keeping family dinners precious. Thank you for sharing our tables with your people. Preferably no phones. But we won’t bat an eye if you’re on google leaving a review. 😅
Looking ahead we have our St. Jude night on July 1, we are closed July 3+ 4, we have a small change to our bingo schedule and we are the official pizza of Ledgestone Disc Golf again this year at the end of July. More on that soon. 👍
