- Tempura soft shell crab, spicy crab mix, avocado, and cucumber with eel sauce drizzle and masago on top

Meet Gary 👋 One of the people helping keep things moving behind the scenes in the Mei Li kitchen.

Gary is from Central Arkansas, and when he’s not at work, you’re likely to find him hiking, biking, swimming, or tucked into a good book. His Mei Li order of choice is Level 2 spicy Orange Chicken with white rice (which feels like a pretty solid recommendation coming from someone who works in the kitchen). 😄

At home, Gary has a 5-month-old Shepherd mix named Abram, his favorite color is royal purple, likes to teach himself ancient Semetic languages, and if he could come back as any animal, he’d choose a grey wolf. 🐺

His favorite part about working at Mei Li is the atmosphere because everyone is like one big family. 🤗

We’re glad to have Gary as part of the Mei Li fam. Say hi next time you see him around!
