October is here, and we can already feel it in the air—the warmth, the excitement, and that special feeling that Dashain is getting closer. 🍂✨

This year marks our Chakumari family’s first Dashain together, and we want to make it special for everyone. ❤️

We want you to celebrate this beautiful occasion with all the sweetness of Chakumari, while also giving our family and our wonderful Chakumari team the time to celebrate Dashain with their loved ones. 🙏🌾

With that in mind, we will be following special operating hours during the main days of Dashain, so we can continue serving you while making time for the celebrations that mean so much to all of us. 🪁❤️

“चकुमरी” को अर्थ के हो त?

चकुमरी शब्द नेवारी भाषाका दुई शब्द — “चाकु” र “मरी” बाट बनेको हो। चाकु भनेको परम्परागत नेवारी गुलियो परिकार हो भने मरी भनेको रोटी वा मिठाइसँग सम्बन्धित शब्द हो।

यो नामले हामीलाई अमेरिकामा चिनारी मात्र दिएको छैन, यसको पछाडि नेपालमा तीन दशकभन्दा बढी समयदेखि निर्माण भएको विश्वास, गुणस्तर, मेहनत र परम्पराको इतिहास पनि जोडिएको छ। ❤️🙏
