😭😭😭😭 I can't get through to place an order!
I usually order from her multiple time but today was an absolute disgrace!!!!! I called and specifically asked how long the delivery wait would be. I was told "20 min". The reason why I asked wa Ms to make sure I had enough time to get my food for my lunch break. 30 min later I called to check on my order and it hadn't even left the restaurant yet!!! I told the person to cancel the order I wouldn't not be able to eat it by then time they arrived. They showed up anyway expecting me to pay for it. I then get a call at my job from the jerk of a manager who says I can't order from them anymore. Fine When I called back to complain he hung up on me. Wow. What great customer service. Will NEVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN!!!!! These people are ridiculous. That is not how you handle customer service. If you knew the delivery time was gonna be longer then 20 min then don't allow your employees to say it!!! False advertising.
