There’s a lot of love in every dish we serve, but this one is my favorite. Our steak bites with rich demi-glace and wild mushrooms are full of incredible depth and flavor, with local red w**e bringing a little taste of our region to every bite. 🍷🥩

Seasoned is a chef-owned restaurant in downtown Eugene featuring seasonal, scratch-made dishes, locally sourced ingredients, quality steaks and seafood, craft cocktails, thoughtful w**e pairings, and an intimate Chef’s Tasting Menu.

Fresh, bright, and award-winning, our Halibut Crudo features fresh halibut marinated in house-squeezed lime juice, finished with parsley-truffle olive oil, toasted hazelnuts, and pickled leeks.

This dish earned us first place in the No-Heat Cooking Competition at the lanecountyfarmersmarket, and it’s now one of the many appetizers on our menu!
