It’s Birria Time at Sam’s Place tonight!

Our Thursday dinner special is a flavor bomb involving shredded beef cross rib, slowly braised in a rich sauce of dried peppers, roasted onions, fresh garlic, spices, and house prime rib stock. Served with Mexican rice, cheesy refried black beans, cotija, pico, and tortillas. With that good flavorful drippings consommé broth for dipping.

Who has time to wait for Taco Tuesday when Sam’s Place is bringing you Taco Mondays!! Always ahead of the trends here, we’re offering you the choice of:

-Smoked Tri Tip Tacos — complete with a Parmesan crusted flour tortilla, topped with cheddar, tomato, lettuce, and a cooling cusabi dressing.

- Blackened Ahi Tacos — on a Parmesan encrusted corn tortilla with shredded cabbage and cusabi.
