One of my favorite food memories is eating mariscos with mom on Saturdays. Our Heirloom Tomato Shrimp Coctel brings us right back made with a Pandita twist and the best seasonal ingredients we can find.

7 YEARS!!!!!!! 🌮❤️ Sooo much beautiful food, margs, caterings and hard work!!!

One of our lovely staff, Alexys, sent us this today, and we couldn’t have said it better ourselves:

Pandita has always been more than tacos and margaritas—it’s the people who make this place what it is.

Some of these faces have been with us for years, some are stepping into exciting new chapters, and every one of them has helped make Pandita special. We’re grateful for the hustle, the laughs, the teamwork, and the memories we’ve built together.

✨ First, a shoutout to our not-actually-twins. Customers regularly ask if they’re related, sisters, or twins… and the answer is always no. 😂

✨ Cait is celebrating SEVEN years with Pandita! Seven years of dedication, hard work, and helping shape our little restaurant into what it is today.

✨ We’re sending lots of love and gratitude to Alexys as she prepares to welcome a little one. We couldn’t be more excited for her growing family and this next chapter.

✨ Keegan, our resident taco master, is heading into year four years here and making sure every plate leaves the kitchen just right.

✨ Georgia aka Gloria!!!! just graduated, and we are so excited for her future! We can’t wait to see where her next adventure takes her.

WE LOVE TACO SALAD SEASON, PATIO SEASON, AND BLUEGRASS WEDNESDAYS! TONIGHT, 6:30ish PM. Come enjoy fabulous salad greens from and their green garlic makes for a wonderful cashew cilantro dressing. We’re also rockin some killer grilled Oregon Rockfish tacos! Let’s enjoy some seasonal delights and wonderful tunes!
