The basics of food delivery are warmth and safety.
We prepare every meal with care and want it to reach customers in the best condition.

โœ”๏ธ Insulated delivery bags are required for all deliveries
โœ”๏ธ Keep food warm
โœ”๏ธ Protect food quality and safety

When food is delivered in an insulated bag, customers receive their meals warm and fresh โ€” and that makes them happy.

For the satisfaction of our customers,
please always bring and use an insulated bag for deliveries.

Customer satisfaction starts with the basics ๐Ÿ™.

We are currently having ongoing issues with delivery drivers.
Why should customers who place delivery orders receive cold food?
To protect food quality, we will not hand over orders to delivery drivers who do not use an insulated delivery bag.
This policy is strictly enforced to ensure our customers receive hot food.
