This week's (4/14/26-4/16/26) dinner menu is Axoa de porc pork shoulder braised with a traditional sausage peppers tomato and wine over scalloped potatoes and veggies for $28, a dish inspired by Maritako poached swordfish in a rich broth of saffron onion garlic potatoes and veggies over baked rice for $29, a house made pasta dish with roasted tomatoes zucchini and a basil espelette pesto for $19 and tortillitas de camarones.
