Thursday 9/17 SOLD OUT!!!!

You fine sandwich-eatin folks have sold us out today. Our hearts (and your bellies) are so full. Thank you to everyone who joins us day in and day out. This is going to be the busiest week we have ever had and we are just so damned grateful.

New fall veggie sandwich! Roasted Delicata squarrsh, pistachio and hazelnuts, lemon ricotta, pickled red onions, arugula, Calabrian chili crisp, and ch*****ne vinaigrette.

This weeks menu! Tuna is back. Fried cheese is in. Desserts are making an appearance. Might see our first “panini” kinda style sandwich… not sure about that one though. Smooshing that beautiful focaccia feels like a sin, but we shall see. This week is all about being playful and trying some new things so don’t be surprised to see another special or two.

This weather is my favorite to cook in. Reminds me of being in the kitchen with my grandmother. We would cook together and listen to Hawaiian music while she would tell me lies about being a concert pianist or an accordion player. She couldn’t play music but she sure could cook.
Oh yeah meatball sandwich special today. I only have enough for 4 snd they won’t be ready until about 1pm.

We are open today! Oven is up and running, bread is workin!
Next week is going to be super fun. Gonna run a modified menu with some really fun things.
The lovely and immensely talented Ginger McCabe is going to be working with me all week. Yay!!!
Come see us, enjoy some new sandwiches as well as some sweets. Ever had applie pie focaccia? Me either, let’s get weird. Ever had homemade mozzarella sticks on a sandwich? Not like this you haven’t.
