Who’s ready for this burger again? It the Boss only because it awakens so many tastebuds with the flavors it carries. Quarter pound seasoned fresh never frozen beef smashed on the grill and cooked to order, topped with Gouda cheese, my very own bacon jam, onion rings and sweet pepper bbq sauce, lettuce, tomatoes and pickles all packed on a toasted bun. The picture below is from several years back on the food truck. Come taste for yourself tomorrow

For the next couple weeks, I’m going back to my food truck roots and offer you some of my retired specialty burgers. Tomorrow, I’m starting with one of the big favorites the MAC DADDY. This is a massive burger. 1/2 lb of fresh beef smashed on the grill and stacked on a double decker bun. Loaded with shredded lettuce, diced onions, pickles and my house made Mac sauce. 😋
