Some days like today, I feel like I need three of me, that this real estate stuff is just waaaay too stressful, and that I might just go back to full-time baking.
Then I find myself holding a pan of toasted coconut flaming to the ceiling and letting out a blood-curdling scream for my sick husband at the other end of the house.
Heard, God.
In related news, there will be a limited amount of toasted coconut on my yogurt bar at the Grace and Mercy Breakfast in the morning. First come, first served.
