We've got a new flavor in the house for our Non-Dairy/Vegan friends -- let's give a big "Hola!" to HORCHATA! 🙌

What the heck is Horchata?!? It's a sweet, creamy Mexican beverage featuring cinnamon and vanilla flavors. We asked a couple of folks how they'd describe it and got, "Cinnamon Sugar cereal milk," and "Snickerdoodle with milk." Our Horchata ice cream is non-dairy, so it's made with a mix of coconut and oat milk, and is also gluten-free. Come give it a try and let us know how YOU would describe it!

Fall color is starting to peek out and the elk are already bugling, so it's time for us to break out our Caramel Apple Pie Sundae! 🍎

It's autumn in a cup ... crushed grahams and two scoops of our DELICIOUS Caramel Apple Pie ice cream layered with warm cinnamon apples and gooey hot caramel, all topped with a cloud of whipped cream dusted with cinnamon sugar and crowned with a 🍒! Just try and resist ... we dare you!

COFFEE WITH BAILEYS -- a fan favorite that combines our delicious coffee ice cream with real Baileys Irish Cream (just a touch, not enough to make you try to pet the elk, lol) ... SO delicious!

PISTACHIO -- we finally got asked for this one enough that we're giving it a whirl! Ours is a natural version that is NOT bright green and DOES contain plenty of crunchy pistachio pieces -- come try this nutty goodness!

Summer is winding down, kids are headed back to school, and downtown isn't quite as crazy -- you can even get parking! 😲 We can't wait to see some of our local "regulars" who don't do downtown in the summer! We're back to our normal closing time of 8PM, so be sure to head over right after dinner.
