Ed's Cantina serves Mexican dishes & a wide variety of American grill in a relaxed and fun atmosphere. We offer fresh hamburgers, fresh Colorado vegetables & sizzling fajitas just to name a few. As much as possible, we use local produce to create our fresh and homemade dishes. While we don't take reservations, we would love for you to call about thirty minutes in advance to your visit and we will do our best to accommodate you.
