🚨 BIG NEWS FOR ROLLING COCKTAILS & ’CUE! 🔥🍖

It’s OFFICIAL — we have officially locked in our first brick-and-mortar location! 🎉

What started with catering, weddings, events, smokers, and a whole lot of BBQ is officially growing into something even bigger. We’re incredibly excited for this next chapter and can’t wait to bring Rolling ’Cue to Portland!

Our goal is to be up and running for pickup and delivery by October and November, with online ordering available and Rolling ’Cue listed on all the major delivery platforms. 🚗💨

You’ll be able to order our BBQ, sides, and more without having to wait for an event to get your fix. 🔥

We have a lot of work ahead of us getting everything set up and ready to go, but the lease is signed, the deposit is paid, and WE HAVE A KITCHEN! 🙌

🌮✨ Let the good times roll… and they definitely did this Saturday!

We had the absolute honor of catering Moriah & Drew’s wedding at the beautiful Collins Pond in Molalla. Our taco bar was stacked with shredded cilantro-lime chicken, carnitas, and beef chorizo, plus rice, beans, chips, salsa, and all the fresh toppings. Watching the bride light up with her plate in hand was the best part of the day.
Huge thank you to Moriah, Drew, and their families for trusting Rolling Cocktails & ’Cue with their special day.

What a weekend for Rolling Cocktails & ’Cue!

Our team took care of four events, including three full-service catering and bartending packages and one drop-off catering package. It was a busy weekend filled with great food, beautiful celebrations, and some truly wonderful couples.

Receiving these thank-you cards and messages afterward means more to us than we can say. We put so much time and care into every event, and hearing that our couples and their guests enjoyed everything makes all the hard work worth it.

A huge thank-you to all four couples for trusting us to be part of such special days, and to our amazing team for helping make it all happen. We’re incredibly grateful for another successful weekend.

What a beautiful event today at Deepwood Museum & Gardens in Salem, OR 🤍

For cocktail hour, guests enjoyed a fruit grazing table, pulled pork sliders, and pretzel bites with beer cheese. Dinner followed with a full pasta bar, and we also provided bartending service for the evening.

Such a gorgeous venue and such a fun setup to be part of. Thank you for having Rolling Cocktails & ’Cue be part of your celebration! ✨
