Is anyone paying attention to all the truck crashes on 87 lately??

As discussed during the dispatch call, radio traffic reports a tractor trailer crash on I-87 southbound near mile marker 157. The vehicle apparently went off the road into the median mud with heavy front-end cab damage and is still being treated as a personal injury crash.

Why was this person released?

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers respond to a possible mental health incident near Industrial Park Road in Knoxville involving a man recently discharged from a psychiatric facility who is reportedly hallucinating, verbally aggressive, and unwilling to go willingly.
