Peaches, peaches and more peaches!

Pomykala Farm has supplied us with delicious, sweet peaches! We have used them for our panna cotta and now we introduced oven roasted peaches.

The peaches are roasted in our wood oven, blanketed on-top of a whipped mascarpone, topped with a balsamic “molasses”, pickled Calabrian chilies, mustard seeds and basil!
