As we prepare to vendor an event tomorrow to see if we expand from catering to catering and vendor I thought I’d show where the magic happens. It’s never been a secret that I don’t have a commercial kitchen and I’m open to showing the space I prepare in. Everything floor up gets bleached before I start, there’s a bleach bucket or sink with hot bleach water at all times so we continue wiping surfaces. Cleanliness and safety is my top priority.
