What a great event that we had the opportunity to be a part of. Thank you SITE SANTA FE for putting on a fabulous event. The atmosphere was outstanding. Special thanks to Native Arts of the Rio Grande for our beautiful dresses and ribbon shirts. Also to the Eye of the Horno for the special collaboration in the mini portable horno you made.. was an honor to be able to fire and use it. And to the rest of the chefs!! You all did an amazing job!

Got the opportunity in teaching and sharing with the Northern Rio Grande National Heritage Area staff how we make empanadas, fire up the horno and are able to sustaine ourselves with what we got taught 500 years ago till this day.
