A Difficult Announcement from Hereford & Hops
After much consideration, we have made the difficult decision to permanently close Hereford & Hops Steak House & Brewpub. Our final day of business will be Saturday, October 3rd, 2026.
Despite our continued efforts, we have been unable to maintain enough staffing to operate the restaurant at the level of service our guests deserve. We are extremely grateful for the employees who have continued working alongside us, and this decision is not a reflection on their dedication or hard work.
Beginning next week, we will be closed Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays our regular hours will be reduced to:
Mondays: Closed
Tuesdays: Closed
Wednesdays: Closed

đź•“Fridays: 4:00 p.m. until close
đź•“Saturdays: 4:00 p.m. until close
đź“…Final day: Saturday, October 3rd, beginning at 4:00 p.m.
During our remaining weeks, we will offer a limited menu featuring a selection of Hereford & Hops favorites. The menu may change as we approach our final day, and some items will be available only while supplies last.
We encourage anyone with a Hereford & Hops gift card to use it before October 3rd. Gift cards will be accepted during all remaining business hours.
Thank you to our employees, customers, vendors, friends, and the entire community for supporting us over the years. We are grateful to have been part of your birthdays, anniversaries, family dinners, celebrations, and everyday gatherings.
