What a treasure it is that we get to celebrate the history of the farm by using the simple things of our past generations, like a delicate tea cup or the craftsmanship of a sturdy table. We love to repurpose and appreciate these once loved pieces. Echo Dell was named by the family in the lower left photo in the 1800s❤️

Happy Birthday to this strong woman that wears many hats at Echo Dell. Chef, fill in bartender, maker of crafty gifts in our little store, and someone that can fix anything. She puts in so many extra hours we can’t even count. But her biggest super power is her friendship with staff and guests. She is a little ball of energy that keeps our farm running smoothly!

The last of summer was celebrated in style last night at Echo Dell Farm. We were very busy and the bartenders were troopers! We enjoyed all the amazing people that came out to celebrate with us and hear music. Food sold out but I think everyone got fed so we were happy. Thanks for the great turnout❤️ we loved seeing friends and family connect on a beautiful summer night.

We had such a fun weekend at the farm and we were over the moon that we got to host the Boot Hill Distillery from Dodge City wh***ey tasting dinner. This distillery is exceptional as they make quality spirits from Kansas grown grain and celebrate Kansas agriculture. We appreciate Derrick’s expertise in leading the guests through tasting and the art of wh***ey. Paired with our chefs delicious courses and cocktails made with Boot Hill spirits, it was a night that we will have to repeat soon!

For cute handmade gifts, come visit our Echo Dell gift corner when you are visiting us. From herb seasoning from our garden (that we use at our dinners and at our own tables), to handmade soaps, we have just the treat for you or a friend! Also check out the earrings that are made with love and a lot of talent. Our chef Niki is quite the artist and culinary herb master!
