====Philosophy : Serving healthy SLOW FOODS to neighbors====
We all live in a world with many concerns over good foods and health. Especially what & how we should eat. It all may require close attention to our diets ; our body as well as mind will benefit from good foods. Sake Bomb Sushi believe that most natural foods & vegetarianism are the best way of eating foods, the healthiest and safest diet. We, therefore, ought to provide a wide variety of foods: Gluten Free dishes & sauces, vegetarian menu, sushi fish & Miso as an alternative source of protein, all SLOW FOODS. Many people know such healthy way of eating but yet do not know how. Thus, we wish to show and serve the traditional Korean, Japanese, and Sushi cuisines. Delicious food culture of Korea & Japan with recipes that have been passed down for centuries could be something you may want to think of as alternative to your eating habits, incorporated with American foods.

====Missions & Actions====
We ought to introduce and serve more such good foods as
- Miso Soup(protein) & Rice
- Gluten Free Foods
- Kim-Chi(pickled Korean vegetable, one of world’s best 100 foods)
Also we offer Kids and Teenagers free sushi class
- New cultural experiences, hopefully, help them to get more variety in their future diets.
