Hello! Let me introduce myself, I’m your new 🥕 girl. My name is Sarah Morgan. I’m a mom of 3 fun kids, and a houseful of animals. The love of my life and I live in Firestone. I’m most commonly known for being the owner of Martinis Bistro in Longmont. I fell in love with 24 Carrot several years ago and when the opportunity came to buy it, there was no hesitation on my part.

What’s it like owning two restaurants in this economy and having a 9, 11, and 13 yr old at home…. like trying to drink out of a fire hose while the house is on 🔥 😂

I’m one month in, and Erie as a community, has been so welcoming and encouraging. I can’t wait to meet you all in the restaurant; 24 Carrot Bistro 🥕 or Martinis Bistro 🍸.

Cheers to new beginnings, old traditions, and meeting friends over an incredible meal.
