My big (new to me) 8 tray Vulcan convection oven. It arrived yesterday morning, and this morning (Tuesday. Aka “Bro Yoder cookie & cake day”) I’ll be using it.

Well (fingers & toes crossed) my big (8 tray!!) Vulcan convection oven arrives tomorrow!!! 😊😊
This is actually a really big deal for me. Because I want to be able to bake many more of my delicious Amish Cinnamon Rolls for folks!
I’ll keep you posted tomorrow and Tuesday how the oven is doing.

My goal is to no longer require “pre-orders” but to have fresh hot rolls available throughout the day on Wednesday thru Sunday to everyone. And hopefully add Tuesday as well, soon.
[But even Bro Yoder needs his Monday off 😉]

I’m inside the Presque Isle Suoerette at 3108 W Lake Road, beside the Oasis Pub and across the street from the Riviera Motel.

As of now I’m baking my cinnamon rolls Wednesday thru Sunday - and just send me a DM to order. Pickup times are (still for now) 10, Noon, and 2pm.

GREAT NEWS FROM BRO YODERS!!….

Next week I have a beautiful “8-Tray” Vulcan convection oven being installed here at Bro Yoders. I’m super excited!!, because I’ll be baking 96 of my famous cinnamon rolls every hour!!😊
Possibly no longer needing pre-orders!! Not sure. But possibly.

**** NEW this weekend will be my special handcrafted CREAM HORNS!!! Not sure of the price yet, but I’ll post it soon! It’ll be a limited number to start. ****
