La Roka Salad ~ Arugula & shaved fennel, mustard lime vin, creamy feta, crisp vegetables, mint & candied pepitas
Fish Taco ~ Blackened seasonal catch, fennel-cabbage crunch, mustard lime vin, avocado, pineapple & cilantro chimichurri
The Green Heron ~ A silky blend of silver & coconut rum, earthy matcha, coconut cream, grove st orange liqueur & lemon
The Nightingale ~ Gin shaken with orgeat & fresh lemon, finished with a floater or Juicy bits hazy IPA & spiced rum
