🪴 Ube Matcha Latte - made either hot or iced, our Ube Matcha combines a vibrant blend of earthy ceremonial matcha and sweet, creamy ube. This layered latte balances the rich, nutty notes of purple yam with the smooth, grassy flavor of matcha for a perfectly unique sip that’s as beautiful as it is delicious.

Ube is a purple yam native to the Philippines and a beloved ingredient in traditional Filipino desserts.

Its flavor is subtle and surprisingly sophisticated—often described as a blend of vanilla, toasted nuts, and sweet cream, with hints of coconut and pistachio. It’s naturally sweet, smooth, and comforting without being overpowering.

And here’s a fun fact: the beautiful purple color of ube comes naturally from anthocyanins, the same antioxidant-rich pigments found in blueberries, blackberries, and other purple fruits. No artificial colors needed. 🌿💜
