An Evening to Remember β Our Stag's Leap Wine Pairing Dinner
What an incredible night! Thank you to everyone who joined us for our exclusive Stag's Leap Wine Pairing Dinner. Our culinary team created a five-course experience designed to perfectly complement some of Napa Valley's most celebrated wines.
Course One:
Grilled Shrimp Salad
Grilled shrimp over fresh Mediterranean greens, arugula, fresh mozzarella, cherry tomatoes, pickled red onions, and toasted almonds, finished with a pineapple vinaigrette.
Course Two:
Artisanal Charcuterie Board
A curated selection of artisanal cheeses and cured meats, accompanied by dried fruits, spreads, and artisan crackers.
Course Three:
Rellenos de Papas
Savory seasoned beef wrapped in creamy mashed potatoes, fried to golden perfection and finished with a citrus beurre blanc.
Course Four:
Pan-Seared Duck Breast
Tender duck breast topped with a tangy-sweet raspberry wine reduction, served alongside rosemary roasted potatoes and bacon-vinaigrette roasted Brussels sprouts.
Course Five:
Tartufo Truffle
A traditional Italian dessert featuring dark chocolate-coated ice cream with a hidden center of Grand Marnier chocolate.
