One of our favorite nights of the summer is almost here.

Join us this Saturday at Frederick In Flight, as Centennial Park fills with glowing hot air balloons, live music, skydivers, cold drinks, and all the small-town magic that makes this event so special.

We’ll be on the ground serving up gourmet dogs while your eyes stay on the sky. Not to mention, there will be family friendly activities, a rockin’ vendor market beer garden to elevate the day!

Internationally acclaimed singer, percussionist, and marimba artist Blessing Bled Chimanga will be livening up our community with their energetic performance, and we'll be there serving up gourmet dogs to fuel your dance moves for the night!

Calypso Kitchen Island Fusion is about to find out.

This Wednesday, Calypso Kitchen will be bringing the island flavor to the kickoff of the 2026 Lagoon Concert Series at CSU Lagoon. While Ashley Wineland brings the country hits, they’ll be serving up jerk chicken, guava BBQ pork, coconut shrimp, fried plantains, and all your island favorites.

It's the perfect fusion of boots, beats, and bold flavor.

So grab your lawn chair, round up your concert crew, and come hungry. Before the first song starts, take a two-step over to the food truck and discover your new favorite concert meal.

Does live music sound better with a hotdog in your hand?

Berthoud Days sounds like the perfect place to test our theory.

This Saturday, Urban Hotdog Collective is bringing the flavor to one of Berthoud's favorite community traditions. Through years of careful observation, we've found that browsing local vendor booths, supporting small businesses, and finding the perfect spot to immerse yourself in live music is significantly more enjoyable on a full stomach. Coincidence? We don't think so.

Our recommendation? Start with a gourmet dog.

We'll be serving up loaded dogs all day while you soak up everything that makes Berthoud Days a summer favorite.

4th Street will be closed Friday evening due to excessive amounts of live bluegrass, cold craft beer, gourmet hotdogs, local vendors, and people having a suspiciously good time.

Urban Hotdog Collective will be joining the festivities alongside Pixie & The Partygrass Boys, Loveland Aleworks, Valentine Flea, and a lineup of local businesses helping turn Downtown Loveland into the place to be on a Friday night.

Whether you're coming for the music, the brews, the shopping, or simply because your dinner plans could use an upgrade, we've got you covered.

This Thursday, Urban Hotdog Collective is pulling up to Highlandlake Brewing Co. with a lineup of gourmet dogs ready to meet their perfect pint.

We've already made a few unofficial introductions:

🍺 Prost Kölsch + Chicago Style Dog
Bright, crisp, classic, and ridiculously easy to get along with. Some pairings don't need a dating app.

🍺 4 Noses Hazy IPA + Korean BBQ Dog
Juicy hops meet bold Korean BBQ flavors, kimchi, and sriracha aioli. Loud? Maybe. Delicious? Absolutely.

🍹 Spicy Margarita + Sonoran Dog
A little heat, a little citrus, and a whole lot of flavor. The bacon-wrapped dog, jalapeños, avocado crema, and fresh margarita notes play surprisingly well together.

Of course, these are just recommendations. Feel free to conduct your own highly unofficial pairing experiments.

Whether you're stopping in for one pint, one cocktail, one hotdog, or all of the above, we've got dinner covered.
