A look down memory lane… 🥹
Today is our SIXTH ANNIVERSARY! 🎉
Six years ago, we opened the doors to Piripi with a dream of bringing a little taste of our travels, our love of food, and our passion for hospitality to the heart of Erie.
Three months in to opening, the world changed. Servers became delivery drivers, takeout became the new normal, and a parking lot became our dining room. We had no idea what the next day would bring, but we kept showing up.
From late nights and busy weekends to staff trips, team celebrations, and memories made far beyond the walls of Piripi, our team has become so much more than coworkers. They’ve become family. ❤️
So much has changed, the restaurant, the menu, the faces, the memories, and the community around us. Six years of celebrations, date nights, family dinners, first visits, regulars, laughter, challenges, staff adventures, and countless memories later… we’re incredibly grateful to still be here doing what we love.
To our team, our families, our friends, our loyal guests, and everyone who has ever ordered a meal, shared a post, brought a friend, celebrated a special moment, or simply walked through our doors, THANK YOU. ❤️
