💛 Caramel Pumpkin Brûlée Cold Brew - Cold brew blended with house-made pumpkin spice, caramel, and toffee nut syrups, topped with sweet cold foam, and a drizzling of salted caramel.

🧡 Pumpkin Spice Latte - Rich espresso shots, whole milk (or milk alternative), house-made pumpkin spice syrup, topped with whipped cream & pumpkin pie spice sprinkle. (Available hot or iced)

🤎 Pumpkin Pie Frappe - A deliciously blended frozen beverage handcrafted with real pumpkin, our very own house-made pumpkin spice syrup, topped with whipped cream, graham cracker crumbs, and fall sprinkles. (NO caffeine).

❤️ Salted Caramel Apple Spritzer - Fresh squeezed apple cider paired with our very own house-made salted caramel syrup topped with sparking seltzer water.

🍁 Maple Cinnamon Latte - Rich espresso shots, whole milk (or milk alternative), house-made maple cinnamon syrup, topped with whipped cream & cinnamon sprinkle. (Available hot or iced)

Rich espresso shots poured over ice, house-made salted caramel, cinnamon swirl, and banana syrups, whole milk (or milk alternative), topped with sweet cold foam, salted caramel drizzle, with banana chips. (Can also be crafted as a hot latte)

We are officially HIRING for our upcoming End of Summer/Fall/Winter season at Scratch! ☀️🍂 We are looking to add to ALL positions on our crews at all 3 locations. We have full-time & part-time positions available.

We are looking to hire on the following positions…

Downtown Ephrata Main Street store associates: Full-time positions available, Mon-Sat: 8am-4pm/9am-5pm (nights off! Sundays off!) tip sharing, must be 18 or older. Must have a valid drivers license/or reliable transportation. This position includes register/barista/light food prep.

Brownstown store associates: Full-time and part-time positions available, Mon-Sun 7am-5pm (hours will vary/nights off!) tip sharing, must be 18 or older. Must have a valid drivers license/or reliable transportation. This position includes register/barista/light food prep.

Brownstown Line Cook/Prep Cook: Full-time and part-time positions available, Mon-Sun 7am-5pm (hours will vary/nights off!) tip sharing, must be 18 or older. Must have a valid drivers license/or reliable transportation. This position includes running the grill, all food production and prep, etc.
