ITS FRIDAY….SMASH BURGERS ARE BACK!!

Two 4 oz patties made from our brisket, topped with cheddar cheese, bacon, caramelized onions, and BBQ sauce. Served with our house-made chips.

One year already. We’re getting the raffle prizes together and getting ready to throw down this Sunday, May 31st from 12–6 PM at 272 BBQ!

We’ll have:
• Live original music from Clifton Bryan Country from 4–6 PM
• Rural City Brewing pouring a hazy IPA, Kölsch, dark German Kölsch, berry cider, plus a variety of cans for sale
• Raffle prizes
• Smoke rolling all day and plenty of BBQ

It’s been a wild first year. We’ve learned a lot, grown a lot, and we’re proud of what 272 has become because of this community.

ONE WEEK FROM TODAY! Sunday, May 31st.

272 BBQ turns ONE YEAR old.

Join us from 12–6 PM for a full day of live original music (4-6pm), raffled prizes, cold beer for sale, and of course, BBQ from 272.

This event is FREE to attend.
We will have a huge tent with 10 covered tables. It’s highly encouraged to bring lawn chairs as well for our lawn seating section. Space will fill up fast!

Whether you’ve been here since day one or have been meaning to stop by off the trail, this is the day!

Our fresh made in house brisket smash burgers return this Friday & Saturday at 272 BBQ and available until they sell out.

Smoked chicken thighs, fresh-cut romaine lettuce, tomatoes, grated parmesan, and our housemade Caesar dressing wrapped up and served with a side of fresh-cut fries — $14.95.
