Staring October 28th, 272 BBQ will be closed on Wednesdays for the winter. Our open schedule will be changed to the following:

Monday-Wednesday: CLOSED
Thursday-Saturday: 11AM - 7:30PM
Sunday: 11AM - 6PM

The hardest part about being a small business is that the smallest things can affect us significantly. In this case, the colder weather makes it harder to stay open as much as usual. But don't worry, we will still be here Thursday-Sunday with the best service and the best smokey BBQ you could ever ask for (like always 😉)!

Happy Ephrata Fair Week! Although we are not at the fair this week, we do have a Chef Special that's perfect to take onto the fair grounds! 🎡

You guys loved it, so we're bringing it back - the 272 Walkin' Taco! 🌮

Nacho Cheese Doritos, piled high with lettuce, tomato, pico de gallo, shredded cheese, sour cream, and your choice of pulled pork, pulled chicken, brisket, or seasoned ground beef!
