We are sad to announce the closing of Kalamas Island Style in Ephraim, after 6 years of business here.
Its a hard choice but living in Cedar City makes running our Ephraim location virtually impossible, we would like to offer our ephraim location to someone interested in having a restaurant, there are a few options available, #1 would be to take the restaurant as Kalamas Island Style, keep our menu and basically remain the same, we would train you on all the things related to our menu.
#2 option would be to take the restaurant turn key and turn it into whatever your idea would be. All we would want out of this deal is payment for our equipment.
#3 option would be taking the location as a shell and we would remove all the equipment.
Our lease has 4 years left on our renewal but the building owners are happy to make a new lease for you, they are very easy to work with and a great group of folks.
Anyway, thats basically it, prices are dependent on which route you choose but we can work with you on those details if you need.
The Restaurant has been a fantastic success , it definitely exceeded our expectations. And is in a great location.
