Between Wednesday and Thursday night someone took the 2 Lee signs that were onsite. These were going to be kept by the family that has owned/operated the business for 60 years. This is not a joke and a police report will be made by tomorrow if they are not returned. Diane is heartbroken about someone stealing these. If you know who did this message myself or Diane.

Here is a link to letter sent to the Courier from Diane regarding the article in last week’s issue and the piece about the ongoing Cole Street closures. Public streets being closed around significant events that bring the community together and generates business is typically a good thing. Empty streets each and every weekend without significance, is not having a positive effect. How do you feel about the direction the city is taking regarding Cole Street?
